Properties | الخواص

Amprolium is an anticoccidiosis drug belonging to the thiamine analogue family. It acts as a competitive thiamine antagonist and interferes with carbohydrate metabolism necessary for the multiplication and survival of coccidia.

Ethopabate is a folic acid antagonist with anticoccidial activity. Its effect is enhanced when combined with Amprolium, especially during early stages of infection.
